At 1st glance, this book will be misconstrued as the 2nd coming of Christ. Through the intricate plot, it is delineated in a different light.
In 1920, Thomas Edison is quoted in two magazines; The American Magazine and Scientific American, discussing an apparatus that can be used for communicating with spirits of those who have passed away. Other than those two articles, not another bit of evidence has ever surfaced indicating if Edison ever actually worked on that invention or in fact secretly built it. Nobody knows.
Who would ever believe that a novice inventor discovered secret plans for the invention, actually built it, and used it successfully, many times?
That’s exactly what Paul Tarsus from Indiana did with help from his young, tech-savvy team. Together with Paul’s assistants and their expanded group, of course, they contacted Edison, as well as; Houdini, JFK, Princess Diana, Steve Jobs, Martin Luther King Jr., Leonardo da Vinci, Jim Morrison and Jack Johnson. This all comes to a cliffhanger ending where they use the device, referred to in the story as the Communicator, to contact Jesus.
This takes place in Rio de Janeiro where Jesus embodies the Christ the Redeemer statue for the duration of the communication. Is it the 2nd Coming of Christ, or is it something else? That is delicately dealt with in the plot-line and leaves no doubt about the miracle that Paul Tarsus and Thomas Edison delivered in “Not of this World.”
If that wasn’t enough, Edison also posthumously gives the group a PMD, (Perpetual Motion Device) that can provide the world with endless free energy.
This mystical, fact-based, fictional story takes you on an incredible adventure that includes; Building the device, communication with the Icons and the lead-up to the earthshattering spiritual encounter at the end, broadcast live for all the world to see.
Who would you talk to if you had access to the Communicator? Close your eyes and think of who you would conjure up if you could…
